Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility: Refunds/returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, used/opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
